The New York City Council has begun holding borough delegation meetings to begin making funding decisions on the City Budget.

FPWA is organizing a 5-Day PHONE-IN campaign so that Council Members hear from you about your budget priorities and the human services needs in your communities.

Schedule for the 5-Day PHONE-IN Campaign:

Friday, May 22: Child Care
Tuesday, May 26: Child Welfare
Wednesday, May 27: Elderly Welfare
Thursday, May 28: HIV/AIDS
Friday, May 29: EFAP (Emergency Food Assistance Program)

We urge you to please make your calls to your Council Member/s and ask them to protect core services for the neediest New Yorkers.
